Birthday bash and other recent shots

Those tempted to feel sorry for Greg's and Debbi's not yet having a home of their own may wish to reconsider when seeing where they are currently renting. They had us and the Boixes over for dinner on the 25th and even provided a demonstration of their voluteer firemen skills as they lit a cake with all 68 candles in honor of the birthday boy. Here are some relevant photos:

Higgins Happiness

An all too short visit to the Higgins home provided some memorable photo and video opportunities, despite a day spent at the ER in a local hospital and the fact that Larnie was out of town.

Camping at Carter Cave

April 13-16 we enjoyed camping with Ginette Burrows and her five youngest children in a bunkhouse at Carter Caves State Park in Kentucky. It was a bit cool and wet the first three days, but Thursday was lovely. Happily, Dave Burrows was able to join his family for Thursday afternoon activities.

Merriment in Maryland

April 7 we left Weston for a two week trip to see the Yeardleys, the Burrows, and the Higgins. On Thursday the 9th we reached Laurel, Maryland, where we spent the next few days with Carina, John, and family. Photos follow:
